Nestled in the heart of Brisbane’s inner-city suburb of Paddington, this gorgeous home stands as a testament to the power of a clear vision and strategic planning. Originally built with asbestos linings and subjected to multiple renovations over the years, the old dwelling had to go to make way for something magnificent.
The new home, expertly designed, boasts a generous block size of 10 meters wide by 54 meters long. With a 6-meter setback to accommodate a 3-meter drop, probable erosion and potential overland flood issues, the team had their work cut out for them.
But with their wealth of experience and a keen eye for maximizing space, they were able to deliver a grand and livable home, perfectly suited to the client’s needs.
